Gasket still leaking, but 75% less. Tried to order a new pump side cover from Husqvarna- NLA. Dealer was very surprised. Did order the OEM gaskets for the carb. And so it continues....

Try a flat lapping plate with 400 wet and some RTV.
The part aready leaks so no love loss there.

 

[Coralillo Lo Pro]

Very brittle pump diaphragm on my 338xpt. Cleaned carb well and still no idle can be found in the limiter range on the carb, so ordered a Zama carb kit. Did at least get it to fairly high revs which it wouldn’t do initially. Still have to pressure test crankcase and carb.
