Hello, I planted a weeping cherry a couple of months ago. When it arrived it looked healthy with many leaves. A couple of days after planting, it lost all its leaves after they turned dark brown and brittle. But then there were many buds that starting growing all over the branches so I was not too concerned. By now, all those buds have turned dry and dark and the branches are not growing any new leaves. They're are some leaves that are growing along the trunk, but those leaves have a ton of holes in them. Any advice? I'm at a loss.
