    Nice pictures. Looks like a lot of work. How far did you have to haul the wood to get it to the chipper and trucks?

    about 8 to 10 yards away for chipper.
    15 to 20 yards for timber
    all done by hand and barrow.

    thanks mate

    we actually used 2 stump grinders, another one the same (just a bit bigger)
    we both started on opposite sides, stopped when we got the middle, then 1 finished off.
    took about 2 1/2 hours!

    i just left 1 machine in the picture, because it looked more theatrical. lol

    as for tonnage, i'd only be guessing, 10 tonnes????? (metric)

    the one photo i regret not getting, is of the pile of timber that we left
    out the back of the shack when finished.

    2-3 yards/metres wide
    10-12 yards/metres long

    customer sold it all.
    (probably paid for half the removal)
