Once again, I will say the leaves LOOK like a ficus, but I have never seen that type of bloom before
It would be good to get this one as I'm not 100% sure and they're using them a lot lately for roadside plantings especially under power lines.
Some call them an Ash of some description but I'm no expert in that area.
I will have Greg look at it on Monday.
I'd agree that it's some sort of ash from the seeds, but specifically ??? Guess we'll have to wait till Monday.

Hmm, not a precise match, have a look at the leaves. The one you present is wider and more lobed, darker and prominant veination.
