Check your inbox for 1120 series info. The 012 uses the 009,010, 011 service manual. The 012 owner's manual wasn't available on Stihl sites in USA, Canada or the U.K. Checked on other dealers sites in Europe and found most of Stihl's owner's manuals but not for the 012 owner's manual.
