I am looking for a trailer, 4x6 heavy duty with ramp, to carry a stump grinder.

I'd check your local 'Equipment trader' or the classifieds. Keep your eyes open when driving around town. 4'x6' is a common size trailer, you should be able to find several at a decent price used. Around here, new ones go for about $800. Transportation costs would rule out buying anywhere but locally.
