"RAMBO" HAS BEEN SO "FINELY TUNED" THAT USING THE COMPRESSION RELEASE IS NOT NECESSARY.
Real men don't use compression releases.

"RAMBO" REQUIRES AN "EXPERIENCED OPERATOR" BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE CAN HANDLE HIM, IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE "FEW GOOD MEN", THEN "RAMBO" IS FOR YOU. HE IS BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT, EASY TO START, EAGER TO DO WHAT HE WAS DESIGNED FOR BUT STILL REMAINS A "HIGH PERFORMANCE" CHAINSAW THAT IS CAPABLE OF CUTTING A SMALL OR LARGE TREE OR A ENTIRE CLEARCUT WHICH MAKES HIM "DEADLY" IN ANY FOREST.
No, "Rambo" requires Lou Ferrigno to run him if more than 3 trees need processing. I had my PM610 "Brutus" (JK) out in the woods today and after felling 4 trees my arms were noodles so I switched to the 346XP which felt like a feather after the "Big Mac".

It's also a little weird to make a statement like "HE IS BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT" in a feebay auction, no?

He does a good "detailing" job though. It looks like "Rambo" Has never gotten wood, ever!

Finely tuned so it doesn't need a compression release?

You think he put a couple of extra gaskets under the cylinder?

Ebay Bidders ....

One of the most amazing things is the Ebay Bidders & Buyer who went for this "Sales Job".
[27] bids, guys !

Nice looking 650, but....
Rambo City!

Might be something for us to learn here in selling on Fleabay! LOL.

Well If "Rambo" sold for $400.00 the "Terminator" should go for $800.00 :)

Wow!!!!

I'm a big Mcc fan,,but to pay that much,,no ways!!!! I never had got to run the newer generation of the square Mcc's,,but I'm old school,,and thats just too damn much for that saw.........

400 for that, roflmao!!! I have a 610 in the same condition so i should get at least 300 rite. Lol mind you it is a good sales pitch he did but the buyer's gonna be upset when what he bought dosen't deliver. Negative rep time.

You think that's something look at his completed auctions vs his buyer auctions.

Uh, why did you recommend doing that! It was not pleasant.
However he did a heck of a job cleaning up the $130 saw to sell it for $400! Looks like the next thing we will see is TV commercials of him selling the know-how to run home and e-bay based chainsaw repair business and making millions.

It is kind of funny to me. People think they are getting a souped up McCulloch, but all they are getting is another box saw special. I figure the people buying these saws probably are buying their first saw and know no better. For the money though they could buy a real Mac and get a sp125 or a pro mac 800. I need to sale some of my 610 Mccullochs, and label them as "The Tree Harvester of Doom".

Somehow I stumbled on this forum yesterday when searching for parts for my Mac, so I thought i'd browse around. Lot of good information to find here, and a crazy amount of discussion, some valuable and some not. I know this will look like I just came here to harass you all (this being my 1st post here), but I just had to vent.

Not to bust in to the riot guys:popcorn: but I had to comment. Check the sellers feedback. I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt, I think he's legit, or else there would be negative feedback on the guy. I have been watching this guys auctions for months now, and he does get some good prices for what he sells, but it looks like he does a quality job. In any event, business is business. I see a lot of bashing on forums.....and I know it's just bench stool talk.....but why bash someone's work? Like I say, feedback should show a lot. I'm sure if that buyer finds out the saw is junk, you'll see it if you follow his feedback, if it's that big of a deal. I'm not sure how much thought you all put in to get your saws, but I think just about everyone has enough sense to know what they're getting into before buying something. If not, well then they're a natural born sucker, if there is such a thing. But who's business is that? How would you like it if someone criticized your trade? I'm glad everyone here apparently makes an honest living.

Sorry for the change of pace, guys.....
