It's at a nursery/farm around here. A place where they have 10,000 cords stored and sell them at $350 a cord! Crazy. But this house is cool.

Yes they do...they are pretty big and got a good reputation around here. Whats sad is the typical person buying from them either doesn't understand about wood.. After the major wind storm around here, they probably have pine mixed in there.

Even their trees, shrubs and flowers are expensive! I just looked at a 6ft Arborvitea tree they were selling for $170. I seen them for $50 down the road. and 80 shipped and installed from another farm!

Well, if people are buying, then how can anyone complain? There's a U-pick farm near here, and I've always been disgusted with their prices, until one day I showed up the second day after their Fuji apples were ready to be picked, and they were gone. Picked clean in one day - acres and acres of trees. Well, all I can say is that if they are doing such good business at their current prices, they could probably double the price and still sell out - it would just take a bit longer. Supply and demand - that's the economic rule (until Obama changes it to mile-long soviet-style lines to get your ration of toilet paper for the month.)

Nice idea on the house. The guy in the picture in the window reminds me of the dude with the pitchfork and bibs in the Country Corn flake commercial from years ago.

there was a guy near Windam NY that use to make a different "thing" every year....

Interesting fact about Wood's "American Gothic"- everyone thinks it shows a man and his wife- its actually a man and his daughter= depicting how tough life was for the early pioneers and settlers.

FYI. Name of Nursery is " Reynolds Farm Nurseries " ..

apparently BBB has 1 complaint on them. Someone complained that they didn't honor their gaurantee. Can I make a complaint about their prices being triple? lol
