The Cheshire Fair in Keene NH. Great fun even though I didn't win. Saturday at the Deerfield Valley Farmer's day Fair at 11:00am in Wilmington Vt if your interested, they raffle off a husky 357xp! Lots of other door prizes as well, last year I won a hard hat and a pair of Husqvarna ear muffs. www.dvfair.com

Labor day there is one at the Guilford fair in Guilford VT, 2:00pm www.guilfordfairvt.com! Hope to have way more video from both. Would love to see anyone there!

Oh boy, that's right in your backyard! (my dad lived in Brattleboro...)

Now, just to coax the red-neck out of the wife to go...lol.

when it comes to modding saws, how do you like the 385 compared to a 394/395, etc?

what work do you have done (if I may ask....) sounds like it was turning 15k.

My 385 was mildly ported when I got it. I believe the guy just went wider on the intake and gutted the muffler and drilled 3 holes for more exhaust flow. I just removed the base gasket(yes I measured the squish) and I went out and a little up on the exhaust port to get more rpm's. I had to do something because my buddy has a 371xp that was turning 14,200rpm's. We just tach'd both of the saws last night and I was in the 14,200-14,300 range. Needless to say I was giddy.

Come on up tell the wife it's great fun, there are lots of other wives there who have been converted and some have it so bad they even compete!

Some people go to win it all, I just go because they are the best three days of my year.

We just met a fellow at the Cheshire Fair who invited Us down to Cumbington on the 29th but we missed the deadline to sign up.

Hope to see you at the Guilford Fair at least.:)
