Who wrote the reviews that you read...:hmm3grin2orange:

The ones that I remember out of the top of my head are Jokers and Glens (both gone from the AS, for different reasons, but very knowledgable guys), but there were more........

AS 61 Club: Overseas branch

Report from the overseas contingent...

'Gertie' the 361 basks in sunny 70*, happy with its companions, resting comfortably after a good maintenance check, full of gas and oil, awaiting its next assignment...

Hey Guys, Whatarya, Goofy ?

It's been a loooong time, since I've posted.
I just wanted to let everyone know, (like I'm really sure that anyone gives a $h!t)
that I had my MS 361 chainsaw accident occur to me on 10/28/2010.
While pruning a Black Locust, running the 361 with a 25 in. bar in hand, on a ladder 10 ft. above ground, this STUPID branch swung down, hitting me in my face, knocking me off the ladder, shattering me left foot heel. (calcaneous fracture)
So many friends have said " I'm lucky. It could have been so much worse."
I reply, " Yeah I know, I could have damaged my chainsaw". hehe.
I am a perfect example of how STUPID it is to use a chainsaw on a ladder.

Good to see you back. Stay off the damn ladder.

Hey everybody,
I just came up with a sortuva neat idea !!!

Seeing that there are so many owners of the "361"... here at AS.
Why not start our own little club ???

"CLUB 361"

We could have some patches made.
Decals, Bumper stickers, T-shirts. etc...

We could even have meetings.(maybe not)

Even have a cocktail named "The 361"

"The Many, the Proud, the owners of the 361"

Anyone else interested ???

Anyone else feelin " kindgoofy"

I`m in; where do I pay?

Hey... Great...
Just send me a blank check, and I'll take care of the rest.
After I cash this check, I'll send you a confirmation number. This will be your official
membership identification correspondence entry code number.
You can use that ICECN to gain access to all the benefits that "Club 361" has to offer. Including the swimming pool. And, you'll be entered into our drawing, and have a chance to win... something really, really nice. The time and date of the event will be announced in the future. And you must be present to win.
Thanks.

*** Please note: After I cash this check, I will present your question to the board for review.***

got lucky

i traded for a 361 that was almost new still had the stickers on the front of the crank case from a friend of mine i cut alot of firewood and tend to grab it more than my 044 or 460 ...i think it is very impressive for as light as it is compared to the bigger saws
