Has anyone ran one? My dealer has one and I've been eyeing it up. He's asking $759.

I ran one at Terry Landrums GTG. The smoothest saw I have ever ran. 562xp with small bar mount so a little lighter with straight handle. Loved it. Plus has a red clutch cover and no silly orange paint like the husky.

:monkey: :sword: Silly orange paint? ain't knothing wrong with Husq Orange. It's that crappy silver stuff that makes their saws look retarded. Irregardless- the jonsered is much better look'n.

Bryan...or correct I meant to say silver. It is already worn badly from my brothers 562. Husky should lose all their silver paint:dizzy:

msrp on the 2260 is $659 and I sell them ported for $815. if you want a better deal than your dealer has ,get in touch with me.

Have Terry port you one. My brothers 562 that he ported spanks my ms 460. If u need a bigger saw than that u need a 390/2188. Those red ones sure are pretty and Terry makes them run crazy fast....did I say crazy fast? cRAZY fast:hmm3grin2orange:

I bought a 2260 from Spike three weeks ago. I really like the small bar mount for this size saw. Running a 68dl Total Super bar at this time. The Pulsed Power system (Rev boost) works great. The Jonsered 2260 is the best looking saw that I have.

The first job that I had the 2260 on, my partner picked it up and cut some with it. Then he wanted to keep it for himself. We have two 562's but he would rather run the Jonsered.

.

It is definetly a sharp looking saw! Still thinking about it. The problem is I have a perfectly good 2159.

And that is just a solid, firewood chunking beast. I like that saw.

Wrap and heated handle models are in the dealer program here, but I haven't checked if they are shipping as they are VERY rarely sold down here.

Husky needs to offer the 560 in the US!!!!

I must say that is a fine looking machine and better than the 562. I like the clutch cover, it looks like the old Jonnys.

JRed 2266 vs 2272

Just fondled a 2266 at the dealer.Said the only difference from the 2272 is the cylinder. So is it porting that adds the extra hp and can a modifier duplicate or surpass the 72 cylinder using the 66's cylinder?Oops guess I should have made this it's own thread.

just a few minutes with a grinder on the transfer port covers will make them the same hp
