Got a job at a local wienerschnitzel this week removing a couple tall fan palms. surrounded by asphalt and other things, rigged em both down piece by piece. all in all, went well.

Was the other palm to be taken down the one I saw next to the one you were climbing in the video? If so, I think I would've set a pulley in the 2nd one to dismantle the 1st ... and probably save a lot of clean-up time ... especially those fronds that landed on the roof. Otherwise, nice video.

yea I thought about that too. honestly though was my first time rigging down a palm like that. so i was unsure how much weight i should put on em and my ground guy was new too so i figured id keep it light and safe.
