I got this saw just today from another member on a trade, it is a very clean example. It has a MM and a base gasket delete. I can add the gasket back if the buyer prefers. Asking $425.00 for PHO , I just need to pay off my zero turn mower or I would keep it. PM me with any questions.

No, to my knowledge just the outlet on the muffler was restricted more, smaller hole

The E-Tech does have a catalytic muffler. If you remove the top cover, you'll see it stamped in the top of the muffler housing. The cat muffler, green fuel cap, and E-Tech badge are what the differences consist of.

There's a chance that it's been replaced. If it has a cat, it will be stamped on the top of the muffler.
