Well you could but it wouldn't work that great....cost twice as much to get one you can comfortably wipe your feet on...LOL!

Eric have you heard anything from PB lately?? Miss that boy...,.

I have not heard from PB for quite some time now. I too miss his posts. He came over here once to do some blueberry research and we met up and had a good visit.

Maybe Scott knows some Italian? I would guess NOS. This is somewhat unrelated but Husky has released new SEM's modules for the 2100/2101. They range from $155-$177 depending on the vendor. I can find no info or motive for this move....or if they fixed the overheating pulse capacitor problem. Tim thinks and I tend to agree, that these are most likely exact reissues of the original modules with no re-engineering. Maybe a trend though on NLA parts ....????

Think how many early 70E's have been trashed or parted out from those faulty SEM's modules. Although now with J'red gone, there may be no incentive to make those modules again.

A member is looking for a 49sp service manual. The only service manual I have run across is a small Clymer manual. Is there a better manual? Could I get a copy if there is one?

Scott does know some Italian. Of course, this is French. I know some of that, too, but your best bet is to use Google translator. Much more reliable than my French.

Ciao and au revior, y'all,

Scott

I thought it looked like French, but there was Italiano something or other in the wording. I can only recognize English & Spanish, barely.

Postage is killer on any of that stuff, unless those were the only pieces in the world, which they are not.

If it's a killer to ship overseas, you can always send to me, and I can ship stateside. Or I can stuff a few in my suitcase and ship from the east coast in several weeks. Looks like I'll be in Norfolk, VA from January - March for some training.

Those old J'reds boxes are just fantastic. Wished I had about four of them to keep gear/saws in....course they would be newer saws and not match the original oldies, but I wouldn't care...lol.

So you think you'll ever make it to the Motherland and talk to some old J'reds factory employees?

I had hoped to go to Sweden at some point this summer or fall, but I've been all over the globe, mostly for work -- Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Ethiopia, Morocco, Belgium, Spain, Jordan, Poland, etc. And not looking good for a trip before I leave in January. Right now, April is looking like the best bet.

All cleaned up! Pretty happy with it. Compression is 152 psi, runs good. Piston looks great. Looks to be a fairly low hour saw that has all of its original bits.

I grabbed the full wrap from one of my projects.

If anyone has ANYTHING (including complete saws or parts saws) for a 110 or 111, please message me. I have 4 of these and 2 are projects, so I need pretty much everything.
