Can someone identify my saw. I just bought a Stihl at an auction. It is missing all the identifying marks except for the serial number which is 5055612. It looks like it could be an 041 by just not sure. Thanks For The Help.

I have an old stihl no idea model etc
It has what looks like a serial number 116154944 and says made in west Germany can someone please tell me the model cc any thing I want to buy a cover that’s missing

Not an expert by any means but I say no to an 041. Many Stihl aficionados will be more help.
 
I'm thinking if it's made in west Germany it's probably a woods boss. And I believe it's 47cc. I have a 028wbeq made in Virginia beach. That would be the newer place of manufacturing and the super is a newer model. I could be wrong. There's different mufflers and different chain adjusters based on the year.

I also have a question I'm looking at 2 saws but don't wanna buy hot saws is there anyway of finding out if there stolen?
