I'll trade you one dirty Rav4 cabin filter(rat poison free-of-charge) & an assortment of bar scabbards & some cash.

Now these bar scabbards are a hot item on Cl & go for big bucks
I guess it would depend on the amount of cash, and I'd probably let you keep the filter, that was gross .
That @farmer steve likes bar covers, specially the ones with bears on them , might want to cash out on those first so you can come out a bit better on the deal.
PM sent:laughing:.

I am so tempted to buy this saw and am surprised it has not sold yet. I have never owned a husky, but this is a 50cc pro saw? Correct? My 026 is gone and I have been considering another 50cc range saw. Thanks.

It's not a pro saw as it does not have the XP designation. It is built on the same chassis as the 346xp(magnesium case), and could be converted to a 346xp with a piston and cylinder kit. If you liked the power of the stihl then you would most likely enjoy the power of this saw.
What bar and chain combo did you run on the 026.

I did like the power of the 026 but liked the smaller size better....I use a ms361 primarily but I know I could get away with using a smaller saw for what I cut.

I had a 16" b&c on mine. Is the 353 easy to work on?

I would be tempted(actually AM) but I already have a 353, that's a Keeper, and still need a 395XP and 372XP before I start duplicating saws that I already have;)

The 353 is a well kept secret, they are Great little saws, very Handy to have around, the 353 fills a nice spot between my 23 Compact Top Handle(38cc) and my 266XP.

Doug

Yes, they are easy to work on.

I do what I can to avoid working on them in general, but they are easy to work on.

I like the 50cc class saws a lot myself.
