Fuel+Spark+Oxygen should = Boom.

• It's a young Dolmar 5105, Replaced ignition coil, spark plug, rebuilt carb. Compression OK, Never seen an engine that did not at least pop to start fluid. Oh, Gaps, spark = .5mm and flywheel = .3mm. Any suggestions?

Fuel, spark and oxygen will equal boom if it has a place to go. This time of year dirt dobbers really like to plug up exhaust systems. I had a leaf blower a few years back that drove me crazy. Muffler was clogged up with dirt. Also as BC said make sure the timing is right.
