Dang. Sold the last one here a couple years back. Was something like $2 a pound. This should be a great deal for someone with that math!

All depends what shape they are in and the maker. Some will go $4-$5 a pound in minty shape. Cast iron, wrought iron , forged steel, cast steel all bring different prices.

well it is like this , I don't need the anvil and I guess you don't need the saw so if you like the anvil and the saw runs we will get together lol , I guess I don't need the saw either but I got about 50 Stihls now from a 15 to a 660 but I dont have that one lol. I am lucky I work at a Stihl dealer, I get a lot of saws, a guy gave me a clean 028 wood boss this past week, of course it don't run, but it soon will

I have a 044 for big stuff and a 024 woodboss for small on the farm. I ran the ms200 the other day and its amazing in 4-8" oak and birch. I like playing around with my super ez homelite at times also. Really don't need 4 saws and my Grandson needs a nice anvil. Load up some pictures when you get a chance so I can have a look. No hurry.

The baby saws can be a real treat in the right conditions. Last week I forgotten the baby saws and ran a couple tanks thru the ported 241, it's a great saw, but for making hundreds of cuts in autum olive from flush cuts to two ft overhead(don't tell the safety police, I did have my boots, chaps glasses, helmet with screen down and ears on) I was pretty done. Went back a couple days later and had the ms201cm rear handle and did just as much on the AO as well as ran the polesaw for a while and dropped a dead standing 14" dbh elm and bucked it up after roping it so I could pull it threw a few pines it had grown into, all in the same amount of time and on less fuel, I was also ready to do more but the sun was going down. Right saw for the right job, I like my baby saws, they get lots of use.
