Members unable to post on this site from a phone

Have to ask this out there. Has anyone found the fix for accessing this site from a phone when its not possible to post?. I am being bombarded by members that cannot post on the site, they can post on my profile page only. This problem only seems to be affecting those using a phone for posting , it does not affect PC`s as far as I have heard.

I only use the phone. Not having an issue. I wonder if their ip switches a lot (traveling ECT...) Causing the session to be invalid until refreshed?

That's weird, I can post from my iPhone 6 and pc, but can't from my iPad. Weird...?

Members are telling me they are using WiFi and it does not matter their location, have tried moving to several locations but still have the same problem.

Members are saying they can access the site and read posts but cannot reply, I have no idea what is causing this but hoped someone that did have this has found a fix. A couple days ago someone claimed they needed to download an ,app, to get back into posting.

No problems here posting on a Samsung using Tapatalk, wi-fi or data.

I had that problem a week or so ago and i went into my phone and did a cleanup of stuff and it's work fine ever since.

1 Refresh phone,
2 clear cache on Tapatalk,
3 and access each forum individually and log out then log back in

Never used the taptalk on my Samsung smart phone and never had a problem logging on to this site.

on my samsung phone it is under device maintenance. this is for clearing up junk like ads,cached info and video thumbnails . not sure if it will work for all.

I can't post while using firefox, I have to use google chrome to post. Theres just nowhere to type a post or PM. It says post reply but nowhere to type a post. I was told it was a cache?(whatever that is) or ad blocker. I tried w/ ad blocker on/off but no difference, restarted firefox still no luck.
