Adjusting bar oil in the woods and backed screw out too far.. rattled out while running all day. Have looked at a couple parts breakdowns and can’t find it. Anyone out there have any guesses on where to find one or what the number is?
Thank you

Every IPL I've seen has auto oiler as a whole assembly - probably don't part that low. I don't know what the business end looks like - tapered like a H-L screw? Regular? Maybe someone has pulled one and knows.

I didn't think the adjuster screw would come out. Thought they had a stop in the housing like a roll pin.
I believe the adjust changes how much the piston/gear moves in and out of the oil chamber, to deliver more or less oil per stroke.

I think its an e clip or similar. I have a used pump off an 8000 I can look at for you. If I can get the pump apart Ill take a pic for you. Reason is the 8000 pump is sevicable whereas the 590-600p-620 pump isnt. Maybe you can word this as a warranty problem? The thing isnt supposed to fall apart.

The 590 does have a stop for the adjuster. It would have to be a defect or forced pretty hard to get passed it and have the screws fall out. How old is the saw?

Yeah, my 590 has very limited range of motion on the adjuster screw too - and I'm not going to try to force it just to find out how hard it is to break!

You're right, but based on what I've read here, Echo will say it was caused by straight gassing or using E-10 gas.
