Finger ports: Budweiser confidence turns to Budweiser regret

Hello all, I am new to this site. I have been inspired by a bunch of you to port my chainsaw and this is my first port job (probably shouldn’t have been drinking). Can anyone tell me if I was on the right track for intake finger ports, if I did them right (not likely), and if I sand/polish this up will I be able to use it or is it just trash?

Looks like you trashed it to me.
I've never seen finger ports on a small open port cylinder, I don't think they work on them at all, there's no room for them.
You made a ring catching spot under the intake port, there's nothing to hold the rings for about half way around the cylinder.
 
I had a random thought and was going to ask if anyone else had any experience trying this. So I have been hearing about getting more airflow or more turbulence into the cylinder to help expedite gas mixing. Has anyone ever tried to port a Venturi into the cylinder intake port? Maybe like a half inch into the intake with the Venturi angle pointing up towards the combustion chamber? Then adding another Venturi on the exhaust half an inch from the cylinder. That way there would be high pressure on the exhaust but would decrease quickly and slowing the velocity of the exhaust. I’m thinking maybe this could help scavenge fuel because the pull of the cylinder would be greater
