i have 2 20” full chisel chains that are brand new that was going to go on that 362. Would really like 20” bar so those chains don’t go to waste

Yes that’ll work. I would rather use .325 instead of 3/8” but thats me.

Smaller kerf and takes less power to pull it. Its just my opinion. Many guys run 3/8” on 50cc saws.

This probably a dumb question but why would a .325 be better

Smoother (smaller teeth closer together), has more torque in the cut (sprocket is smaller). I've run my 261 with both 3/8 and .325 extensively, both as a stock saw and ported. For bucking 8-18" firewood, it's a great saw with 3/8 chain and a 16" bar. For limbing and thinning in the woods, I prefer a .325 setup.
