Me and a friend were studying this mostly dead mullberry tree at my new house. We both decided it could be ripped out of the ground because it was mostly dead. Save me some time and not have the stump to deal with.
He brought a really big skid steer over today and knocked it down and put it in the trailer! I didn’t think it would work and was gonna go for a tractor.

Tomorrow I’ll haul in a load of sand to fill the hole and make the kids a sand box!
That is a 16” trailer it’s on!

What model JCB? I'd have figured on a compact track loader being too light to yank out a tree by the roots, unless the roots were pretty weak. I'm impressed!

Roots were dead. It had a trumpet vine wrapped up in it. And some mullberry shoots still alive making it look not so dead.
But it’s one bad A machine none the less. I used it to haul a load of playground sand while I had it and it was super impressive maneuvering in the ditch I found blown 8’ high in sand. Loaded a couple trailers of junk iron too, that boom out is to die for. Versatility of a skytrak with maneuverability of a skid loader. Thing is very heavy though. Not something you could haul around nearly as easy as a normal skid loader. I bet it weighs over 12K.

JCB 300T is apparently just over 11,000 lbs, so your guess would be pretty close if that's the one!
I like their cheeky little ad: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=49&v=gD5qwKh87Gg

That side door is for real. I refuse to use a skid loader with a cab because the front door makes it impossible to do anything by yourself since you can’t open the door and get out while lifting something.
