i found this on eBay. Brand new old dealer stock made in Italy Husqvarna 2100/100 cc cylinders. I ordered one and ordered two more after seeing the quality of the first one when it arrived. Everyone deserves a deal. New crankbearings, crankseals, piston and cylinder, gaskets, rebuilt carb you have a good running 100 cc saw. Looks like older dealers are selling there old new stock lucky for us.

I bought three without checking. I’m sure I have one bad cylinder to replace. But I have two 285’s that could become 2100’s. I have a new 385 Xp already.

Picked up a 2101 "with a chain brake that works" and in nice physical condition and pretty decent compression but wouldn't mind replacing the piston to give it a new start in life, couple of small scores on it but the cylinder should be in good shape, my question is what is a good aftermarket piston? Have an assortment of Cabers that size so rings are no problem.

This one is a runner

I purchased one jug to inspect it, then two more for stock. How many can I stash away?

I have three oem husky piston kits, cylinder and piston, a 570, a 372xp, a 285 Xperia’s in my stash. I found these for sale and picked them up.

I think that Husqvarna is coming out with a new saw something between a 372xp and a 395xp.
There’s a nitch for a light weight powerful saw. I can’t justifly a new 3120 right now.

There’s lots of offerings in AM cast 2100 pistons. In the $17 to $35 range. I asked what letter these new cylinders are they said they are A bores. I notice some pistons say A-B on top.

I’m thinking add a new c/p plus seals and crank bearings and it should outlast my life time.

Huskybill, could you take and post some pictures of the inside/ports? Curious to finish/plating.

That ebay seller has a lot of stuff besides 2100 cyls.

The cylinders are a brand I never heard of? wonder if another Italian company made them? I know before they went chi-com, tecomec made stuff for many others, Ducati bike for one

372xp with a little work done on it ain't no slouch, between that and my 390xp pretty well got her covered ( two I built that I actually kept for myself)
