I've got an extra 562xpw that I want to sell.

This saw has a new oem crankcase assembly and a new p&c. The cylinder has a few bad decomposition threads. It appears to be a casting void. I plugged the hole with an oem plug and it passes pressure and vacuum tests. I replaced the worm, the oil line and rim. I increased the angle of the oil pump plunger to pump more oil for a bigger bar.

I widened the exhaust port and transfers. I left the timing numbers alone for those. The intake was lowered slightly from 75 degrees to 78 degrees. The lower transfers were also smoothed out and the cylinder/transfer cutout raised.

I used a .010" paper base gasket for a squish about .019-.020". The cylinder flange was slightly shaved for clearance as well as 2 spots on the crankcase to clear the transfers/bolts.

The exhaust outlet was widened and port matched to the heat shield and muffler. The muffler had additional holes added to the baffle and a second outlet added beneath the oem screen, so it can retain the screen.

The ignition timing has been slightly advanced.

I cut the top cover to match the new style ones with the heat cutouts.

This is a 2012 model saw with the EL46 carburetor with the most current updates. The old tag was removed from the old crankcase and screwed into the new one.

No running or bogging problems when warmed up. It does hiccup a bit when cold for about 5-10 seconds.

This is a great running saw. I have two and cannot justify having 2 of the same model.

$375 pho plus shipping.

Don't give the thing away man! That's a hell of a lot of saw for the price. I love my 562 and it doesn't have the mods that this one does.
Agree. People are probably holding back because of el46 carb. My el46 ported 562 has been trouble free since purchasing it new and will run a 20-24" bar and chain fine, still looks good, but has been used. Nice looking saw and GLWS.
