I know you weren't asking me but I will chime in on the 2100 vs 395. In stock form the 2100 has more torque for a long 60" bar than a 395, otherwise I've found the 395 has it all over the 2100 and when ported the difference becomes even larger with the 395 gaining torque advantage as well. I've found the 395 to feel much smoother in the hands too. The 2100 sounds much cooler at idle though.

But plug the governor, go to a larger pin rim, advance the timing on the 2100 the 395 won’t even get close to it. The 2100 rocks with shorter bars in hardwoods too.

How is the cd2100 huskquava to cut with stock? Say compared to the 395xp?
Reason I'm asking is some one offered to sell me 1.

Stock with the governor plugged, a 404/8 or 9 pin rim, with a deep set on the rakers is an Animal. Better have your man card in your wallet if it’s ported.

Running a smaller bar on a 1050A is fun!View attachment 832613

I cut firewood, with my 2100 with 16” & 18” bars, the big saw tore into 15” oaks like butter.

The problem was I had local fairs to compete in speed cutting two weeks apart, I hated changing the saw for the fair then back for the woods. So I left the speed cutting setup and hit the woods. All I said was wow this is the way to go.

I been looking for other 100 cc saws how many manufacturers made them.?

Mac, Homie, Pioneer, Remington, Solo, Sachs Dolmar, Johnsereds, Skil/Canadien, Stihl, and Echo come to mind as far as manufacturing cube saws. Maybe White or Lancaster? I'm sure there are several more. If you're looking at the big antiques, my Titan ER is something like 18 cubes. The old Mercury and Disston twins were pretty good sized as well.

My collection started with any saw 100cc's and over. I probably have every 100cc class saw ever made.
As sawfun stated most manufacturers made them, Olympic and Alpina are a couple others.

I think my Disston DA 211 was 180 cc’s.
