Hey is there a C-92 model from Homelite? I can't find any actual info or pictures of one.
I just picked this C-91 up last night.

Homelite enthusiast in training.

Got these going today. A 5-30 and 17, both early models. The 17 gave me fits getting it to move fuel. I had a Sugar Creek kit in it and the fuel chamber would never fill up. I came across a couple NOS Tillotson metering diaphragms and installed one. Saw took right off with that.

What does the tag show as a model number? I recall a discussion years back questioning if any of these saws were ever identified a G models on the tag or decal. The gear cover would be a straightforward add-on for a dealer.
The tag was missing when I bought the saw. Bill G. wanted to see the tag as well. The geardrive clutch cover had the same wear as the rest of the saw. I assumed the saw came with it new. Was it dealer installed and not factory?

Doesn't the 17 just have a Tilly carb? I know both 17's I've seen had Tilly's and last I checked you could still buy kits for those new from Tillotson.
