History channel showed the program on saws, all different saws!!!! Only small part on chainsaw though, and you guys should be happy......All about Stihl!!!!
ONe guy show off his monster saw cost $5K, he cut 3 cuts in 8 seconds on a trunk looked like 12 to 15 inches thick!!!

That hotsaw was a rotax(half of a snowmobile engine), the boy said it made 35 hp.:jawdrop: :jawdrop:



The cross cut saw was wicked also. My favorite was the Deere feller buncher.:chainsaw: :dizzy:
 
Yeah I watched it. It has a good description of how a chainsaw chain cuts.

Between the chick who needed 20 stiches that finished the timersports competition and the one tossing around 24" rip saw blades there were some tough women on that show.
 
Why would it be a quarter? Most Rotax two strokes are twin cylinder models.

I liked how he even had the variable exhaust valve on the saw

Great stuff! I can't wait to watch the saw runs here in TN this summer!! I will definitely tape the Ax Men on History channel tomorrow.:)
 
I think its coming on in the next 30 min. EST. They ran it a couple of weeks ago. Great program.
