Hi Greg! Missed you at a couple of the GTG's! Liz & I are doing OK. She was very badly hurt and it has drastically changed our life style but we have learned to manage it for now. Always nice to hear from you........Bob & Liz

      Bob:

Anything going on out there? Been pretty quiet on the site. Is there another site/section they are hanging out on? Maybe they are just pissed at my old lady................. Don't blame them, I usually am.......

All is well down here. Ready for Winter or atleast the end of this hot shet.

Hope you and your's are well, talk later.

If it is still allowed by our so called "Leader", I will be there 100%. This has been one of the best chainsaw related functions I have ever been too. Let me know if I can help out someway.

Hiya Bob. That XL12 still is a looker and a runner, and has cut at least a chord of firewood for me so far. Also got a low-hours red/black SXL/AO offa craigslist a while ago (cheap) to do more of the work, saving that pretty blue/white saw you sold me (and allowing me to rebuild my 031AV). I don't cringe if I scratch that red SXL/AO...

Your saws were the best used equipment buying experience I've had with ebay, bar-none. I've had some deals that weren't anywhere near as satisfying. Had a multi-month row with a seller over a 'great condition' SXL/AO that turned out to just be a parts saw. Eventualy got most of my money back, to where I was only out a parts saw amount of $$$.

Glad you still have those pics of the XL12. I am always on the lookout for C-Series, XP Series, and XL12/SXL parts, especialy starter bits (pawls and such) for the C-Series. Anything to keep those saws running is welcome, including bars...

Hiya Farley. Bought a nice Bue/White XL12 and a parts-donor C5 from you years ago. I was in Windsor then. The XL12 is still running great and the donor C5 has contributed parts to two runners so far! How are you doing? If you get a line on a nice C7/71/72 or C9/91 family, XP1000/1020/1050-family or XL900-family saw please let me know.

Bought a Homelite 1050 today. Couldn't beat the price. It's a hard starting sob. You mentioned a source for 1100 sprockets in the PNW group and I didn't follow up on it cuz I thought I had some coming. I thought wrong. Do you remember the source?

I am doing fine. Have some medical problems that do show up once a month. I am working around them with my lifestyle, "HaLL", I've been thru worse. I will list my email address below and let me know where you are and what you could do for a "Maybe" get together this Fall. No dates, times or location yet. Semper Fi: Gary

If you can, please forward the pictures, thought's and whatever to me. I have ongoing medical problems from 'Nam, '72 - '73. Very unpredictable. Well, guess what, shet went bad two day's before the show and I was unable to even attend.

I apoligize for this, will hope for better next year.........

Hey,How are you? Nice to see that you are still posting. I will always read any thread that I see that you have been a part of.
Nothing really new as far as the Jonesereds. I did pick up a couple of what I thought were 90's but are another number which escapes me at the moment but is more than 80 but lacks the compression release of the 90's. So far they have just been sitting in a corner of the barn while I play with my Husky's and get things ready for our Pacific Northwest GTG in May. I will be taking the 111S to that......Bob
