In the game Resident Evil 5 you have to kill a zombie boss a few times who is armed with what looks like a Poulan 306 or maybe a Remmington knockoff. One very fake scene shows him cutting through a chain and padlock with it. Unfortunately, after you kill him you can't pick the saw up and use it in he game like you can in Gears of War. Silly game designers.

In Hostel, one of the torturers uses some kind of saw on his victim, but slips in the blood and cuts off one of his own legs and dies. I didn't get a good look at the saw, but I think it was a stihl. Hostel wasn't my favorite horror flick, but Motel Hell is right up there.
