Hi there. I managed to obtain an old 181 se at the weekend and I am lead to believe that 281 parts are compatible. Does this mean that if I get a 281 brake casing with the plastic hand guard/ brake handle- will it fit?

Thanks :msp_biggrin:

It should fit, but some say you maybe need to grind a little, othervise the brakeband will drag to the Clutch! BTW On the UK Ebay there has been a complete brake, with plastic handle, that was stated to fit the 181!
