Stihl 045AV questions

I'm looking at a 045AV -sorry no pics- that has the "045AV" emblem on the top cover, not the older style cast numbers. Below the emblem is a sticker "Pro 5".

I'm not much into Stihls so couple of questions:

- If it does not say "electronic", then it has points?
- Any other way I can tell if it has points other than pulling it apart?
- Would rings still be available either OEM or aftermarket?

If the handlebar frame is genuine to the saw, you have points ignition.
Ring sets (and also piston kits) are available AM or NOS.

According to my info, the 045 "Pro 5" had a 52mm bore (81cc).

I just picked up a 045av pro5 electronic that has a bad cylinder gasket. If this thread is still going

Where can I find the av mounts for this beast?

My kid insisted he put his saw in the picture also. The saw had great spark when I tore it down. The cylinder gasket has a large hole in it on the exhaust side. Piston and cylinder look ok. I'm either making a new cylinder gasket or depending on the squish I might just silicone it. Thoughts?
