Worried about neighbor's palm tree damaging my home...

Hello! My neighbor has a full grown palm tree in his yard and it often leans towards my home, especially when wind picks up. Lately there's been some pretty bad wind and I managed to snag a picture of it. Generally, should I be worried about this toppling and damaging/destroying my mobile home or am I overreacting? Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thank you!

Agree; those palms are very strong and flexible. Reducing the dead frond load near the top might reduce the risk of failure, so you could offer to have this done if you are still worried.

Thank you, everyone, for easing my mind! Ironically, the fig tree in my front yard uprooted and was blown over last night. No damage to my car, thankfully, but I must have my tree worry priorities wrong.
