I spent a little time in WI last week. Stopped and chatted with a well know carver in the area. They had many fine pieces on display.
I was born in Wisconsin. After spending a week there I have added dieing there to my bucket list. Great country, great people.

Nice form on the eagle, excellent talons, and base. The eyes seem like they are set too far back, giving it too soft of a look, almost like a dove, doe, or rabbit, verses the intensity of a predator/hunter. Maybe its the angle. Do you have a side view? -ken

You have a good eye! I would have not seen that. I do have one other picture.
