Local snowmobiles clubs here gather them up and have a huge bonfire.

Brushpiles! Especially if you got raspberries that goldenrod's overtaking, or growing under walnut. Don't know why, but cchristmas tree piles seem to really stimulate raspberry and blackberry. Of course not everyone likes them, but we do. I go to the local dump and snag as many as I can every year. Bonfires are good too . .

Now why wouldn't you rig that up so you couldn't have a flamey end on that?

Leave the popcorn fart dry branches, a little diesel fuel, .....just saying.

You'd establish your dominance with the neighbors REAL quick. Nothing says stay off of my lawn like an airborne flaming pyramid during a crisp night.

I know this one spot in Orange Lake ( Orange county ny) you troll a small spinner past it and I guarantee a crappie is on the other end of your line. My sister lived on that lake, when my nephews were real lil fellas I used to take them oit there. Then fillet them up, some butter garlic, and on the bbq wrapped in foil, mmmmmmm
