Finished up my latest project

[Sprintcar]

This saw can from a saw mill in Ashland, Nebraska. The owner said it last ran about 2005. It sat in a friends basement for about three years and was locked solid when I got it.

Got her freed up, carb kit fuel lines about three days of cleaning. Waiting on a new muffler gasket, choke rod and a new clutch cover.

Did you pull the topend? What was locked up?

Wasn't locked too bad Brad. Pulled the cylinder and cleaned the ring lands and put the original rings back in. Cleaned the cylinder with emery cloth and put her back together. Getting the carb clean was the hardest or the longest.

Good deal. Basically just gummed up rings. Looks good.

Nice old beast you have there Jer, havn`t had any of mine out for quite a spell now, you might just have caused me to get a few of them out and run them in again.
