Folks I apologize for the delayed response. We had an item that was paid for and never shipped. That payment has been refunded.
However until I figure out how to keep that from happening again, I've asked this thread to be closed. When whatever the issue is/was has been corrected I'll repost.
Those that have been waiting for a response my sincere apology, I will not take any orders until I know they will be filled in a timely manner.
