Oregon 520-120 problem

Good afternoon.
Sharpening 3/8's Stihl RS chains this afternoon
I'm not sure what's going on but all of a sudden it is sharpening the right hand cutters about 40 thousandths shorter then the left hand cutters...
Everything is tight and I have readjusted the settings several times but the same problem keeps poping up.
I generally set it to take about 4-5 thousandths off the shortest cutter.

I've sharpened about 20 to 30 28" and 32" loops so the machine is still really new.. Ideas?

The vise isn't centered. The safest thing to do is reset the pawl after switching sides. That way you can start a little long and fine tune cutter length so both sides are equal.

Thanks sir. That will get me by. Is there a way to center the vise?
