The last Echo saw I purchased came with a bar and chain. Does the chain come with the saw, or do you pay extra for that?

That's what I was thinking. ordered a cs-620pw with a 27in bar and chain, with a extra 20 inch bar and two 20 inch chains. well guess what, I am short a 27 inch chain and a 20 inch bar. Just arrived by UPS today in two separate boxes and no packing slip. If it's not one thing it's another.

Just to follow up on this post. When I called the dealer, he bent over backwards to help me, everything turned out great, and love the cs620pw. That is my third echo.
