Have a 2016 562xp.saw runs and oils great not much time on it.i just had the firmware updated to see if there was any it needed and it did.has brand new top cover also decomp I plugged.interested in a jonsered 2166.possibly a Stihl 441c.i have 20in bar and 24.i can take pics later today.

What did the firmware upgrade cost? And did you notice any change after?

Didn't really notice.i just did it so it was up to date.dealer didn't charge me much.i had my 545 done also which is a 2016 model.

Good looking saw. Just had my 562 (late 2015 with EL48) updated for around $17. I just brought them the carb since I was going through the saw.

Smaller than a USB port, but plugs into computers USB port for a download. You cannot bs the dealer on run time, times saw was started, fuel quality and more. I enjoy my ported 562 and mine has an EL46 on it.
