Please help identify this tree and if it’s sick

Hi,

I was hoping you could help me identify this tree and if it’s sick. There is very little foliage this year, some leaves are turning yellow and also the bark is cracking.

Can you post a clearer picture of the leaves? I think it is Mountain ash...

Can you post a photo of the base and surrounding area? I'm concerned with what looks like pavers installed in the last photo.

It’s mountain ash and from the looks of it, it’s blight. Is there a protocol to cure this?

Mountain ash are prone to canker and a couple of bacterial blights in my area. Not really recommended anymore

Pretty tough to address that. I'd almost bet that if you pull on the limb it will break off...they get pretty weak fairly quick.
