Put the camera in Pro mode and made a few adjustments
I can still see cross hatching on the cylinder wall I don't know if you can see it in the picture20181120_212109.jpg 20181120_212049.jpg 20181120_212038.jpg 20181120_212006.jpg

They can. Is yours snapped out? P&C looks normal from what I can see. The rings don't stick out more than a couple thousandths, which you can't see. Otherwise they'd snag on the port and break.
I just pushed it in to verify. To me the Rings look slightly recessed which would certainly be an issue

Its dull now. I did get a little bit into the dirt making my last cut on some big logs so what I'll do is that will sharpen it and show you what it looks like after I sharpen it so you can compare

Here is the dcs6421 on the same compression tester reading about 140 PSI I bet if I pull out the o38 it will read about 155 and the dolmar will probably read about 120181120_223451.jpg 50 this tester I think is about 10 psi low

Has anyone suggested that this saw could be a tuned a bit over rich?
I’ve had saws bog when pushed if they were too rich.
A touch leaner and away you go.
I don't tune by ear anymore for thise very reason. (Using a tach now)

No. I had a tack laying around here somewhere for a model airplane I wonder if those would work LOL

That chain is toast.
Someone once told me you can keep sharpening it until a tooth breaks off I agree there's not much left and it was sharpened at the wrong angle to start with by the original owner he went to town with it with a stone grinder I usually just give it a good three Strokes with a file either way it shouldn't make the saw bog

Apart from the chain, which is done for me, everything else seems to be right. You said its a 2018 model so I woyld personaly take it to a dealer for a check. It should be still under warranty. That's just what I would do.
