I’m starting a chain sharpening service . I already have a large saw dealer as a new customer and many individuals dealing directly with me.
What I need help with is I cannot come up with a good name for my service. Just looking for some input from you guys . I want something original or a little witty. My wife and I have thought a few , but nothing is sticking yet.

I using one grinder, one vacuum and plenty of light
The vacuum pulls a little more than 90% of grindings into it

I have one tree service, several firewood cutters and a Holtec saw at work I sharpen for 6 foot bar 404 chisel (seen in picture)

I tried this, and the pricing can be tricky. Most people only bring chains in that are nearly gone, and require a whole lot of work. IMO, that only real way to do this is to leverage the sharpening into a repair service -- maintenance, trouble shooting to full rebuilds. It is there that you can effectively compete with the shops, who charge way to much on their hourly rate.

How about Firewood Daddy Chain Sharpening Service. Or just Firewood Daddy Chainsaw Service. Kinda catchy, and if you have a bunch of little rug rats it is appropriate.

Have you considered a separate grinder for rakers?
