Stihl 261 2nd gen clutch cover ?

Wondering if the 2nd gen clutch cover will fit on the first gen saw, the reason i'm asking is the 2nd gen cover is pre drilled for outside falling dogs, and i'd like to put a set on the outside as well as inside, thanks.

Yes but you need both the cover and the black dust shield.

Look on the backside of the cover you have. The two holes are there. They are center punch and all you need is a drill to drill them out. Then just get the ms361 dual spike kit.
