Purdy! That's about the thinnest band of sapwood I've seen on a walnut. Watch out for the metal just below center.

There were a few nails...one ripped off two teeth but didn't really hurt the rest. Fun sharpening that thing...made a nice Saturday out of it.
Had a couple rot holes in the base but otherwise it was solid. Sat right next to a putting green at a golf course

Hit the nails, stopped on that cut and made another cut across the bottom. Then we rolled it over and cut off two more and came through the back side of the slab with the nails to finish
