Identity of this white lilac?

These beautiful lilacs grow at the edge of the property where I work. The plants are perhaps 4 1/2 feet tall. Maybe 3-4 feet wide with beautiful ball shaped blooms. Fragrance is sweet and very potent.
Anyone know which lilac plant/variety they might be? All the other white ones I find online are cone shaped blooms.
