My 024super mega build

Ok, did another tank on the weekend and checked the comp again. Still at 155psi. So i guess that is where it will stay.
.
My squish is at 0.79mm, but i think I may try and get it a bit closer to 0.50mm which some people recommend. And i have a WT-194-1 on order too.
.
I did try and do the 024 to MS260 airfilter conversion for better flow, but the tank vent gets in the road. Anyone got any suggestions?

Ok I've got a bit of an update.
Firstly I have used a vent out of a MS230 and glued it into the vent hole of the 024.

So now I can run the larger filter from the MS260.

It has also had 5 tanks through it now, and the compression has jumped from 155psi to 175psi

Here it is now with some cheap chinese MS260 plastics. It hard to believe that this started life as a 024s

So far my mods are,

Porting cylinder, match inlet and outlet.
Set squish to 0.55mm
Match cases to cylinder,
Advance ignition 0.50mm (020)
Larger airfilter, (modified)
MS260 plastics.
And i have a WT194-1 carby on the way.

Here is the MS260 airfilter. I modified the inside so that the choke flap opens right up as far as possible. Heaps more than stock
