Sold Stihl MS 461 Ported

I picked this saw up from a Faller friend who got it from a guy on his crew. Story was it had been rebuilt at a shop in Texas called Lonestar Stihl. I trust the guy I got it from but without being the one who rebuilt it ya never know... I can tell you the top end is in great shape, piston looks newer. Made good compression and ran well when I got it.

I finished porting this saw over the weekend. Base, and band cut, dual ported muffler, can take screens in both ports, .020” squish, makes 175psi.

$660 shipped pho. I have all bar and chain sizes for a little more $$

Lathe. Little bit of sanding post lathe cut. I could see your concern if you thought I did it with a belt sander or something.

Originally my concern as well....but based on what I could see in the photo, that's what it looked like to me (post sanding after maching)....but I wanted to hear it from then machinist himself! Very nice work! And a very nice thread too! Thanks!
