Extremely Hot spark plug 266xp

Hi guys
What can cause a spark plug to become super hot after only a couple of minutes of warming up ? Been at wot for no more than 3-4 seconds. Even the top of the plug is black. Cant touches it with bare hand.
This is a husky 266.
New fuel line, fuel filter, air filter, tank vent, ignition coil.
I started her up last month as she hasnt run in the last few years.
Any ideas ? Thanks,

Not at the boot but I just saw that plug was loose. I unscrewed it by hand. I think this might be my problem. Thanks

when the plug is loose it cant get the heat out of it into the cylinder because the contact at the threads is poor...so the heat in the plug has no place to go...
