Comes with two bars and chains:

16” 3/8 .050 with Stihl chain (semi chisel I think)

16” 3/8 .063 with ripping chain that needs sharpening.

I sold one last year on facebook (cleaner then yours) with an 18" bar and new chain for $175 so I think you are more or less in the ball park. This might be a tough crowd to sell to unless it is "collector quality", even the 028's are getting harder to sell.
